Lenten Services
The Season of Lent and Holy Week
Daily Lenten Meditations
There are many different sources for Lenten devotional reading. Forward Day by Day (available at the Cathedral), your local bookstore, online sources, etc. To supplement what you may already by reading, or to provide you with food for thought if you haven’t settled on something for Lent, Dean Goodman is preparing daily meditations throughout the season of Lent. Using the scripture readings for the day, seasonal prayers or Lenten themes as inspiration, the Dean’s hope is to give direction and encouragement to the members of the Cathedral, their friends and families. The daily meditations may be found on the Dean’s blog, “From the Dean,” the address of which is: www.fromthedean.wordpress.com. You may also go to the Cathedral’s website, www.stjohnsabq.org, and find the link there under “News & Events,” and then “Meditations.”
